Bittersweet ending to school on Friday. It has been five weeks and I met some nice individuals from Ukraine, Spain, France, Azerbaijan, Mexico, Egypt and Japan. Ben and I met several of the students from the Language school at the Art Café on Monday night in Freiburg as a farewell. I've learned a lot about the structure of the language but have a long way to go, ultimately making me want to continue my Deutsch studies.

We met Ines and Daniel for a couple drinks and Darts at a bar/restaurant called Flamingo. They were able to take a break with us from their busy wedding week!

We ended the week with wedding celebrations for Ines and Daniel's wedding! A big dinner the night before the wedding complete with a roasted pig, Goulash, dancing and an Accordion!
The wedding ceremony was traditional in a Catholic church and the reception was at a different venue. Both beautiful. Lots of celebrating and dancing. Lots of Schnapps too!

I must say, I am really missing Chipotle, Starbucks and regular HBO shows with American reality TV. Oh and California style Thai food. I am on a mission to find a good Thai place in Hamburg! Any suggestions from my fellow Deutsch friends for good Thai places? :)
This weekend Ben and I will be in Hamburg with his friend and next week we are off to Mallorca, Spain. Talk to you all soon!! Xo
